Isracard is the leading credit card company in Israel, offering financial services, including credit card issuing and acquiring, loans, credit solutions, and innovative digital payment options. The company was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. Isracard is publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The company invests in employee wellbeing, rising annually in BDI’s ranking of Israel’s top companies to work for. It also has an impressive track record in attracting and retaining talent – with the majority of its employees being highly satisfied with their jobs.

With a refreshed new look that embodies interconnected, forward-moving energy, Isracard is ready for the future. With a clearer vision, an agile technology platform, and a team that supports its customers, the company is poised to take on the challenges of tomorrow.

The Isracard Gold Mastercard is one of the most prestigious cards in the world, granting its holders a range of benefits and advantages in banking, culture, and leisure. For more information on the card and its benefits, visit the Isracard website.

Temenos, the open banking software company, announced that Isracard, the largest credit card provider in Israel, has chosen its core banking solution, Temenos Transact Core Banking. The new system will simplify the firm’s internal IT architecture and enable Isracard to deliver improved digital experiences for its customers. The scalable real-time system will also enable Isracard to develop and launch its products faster to market. Isracard selected Temenos because it provides agile technology that can adapt to a rapidly changing regulatory environment.

Lost or Stolen Card

The company has a number of call centers operating around the clock, including one dedicated for lost and stolen cards. If a card is lost or stolen, customers should call the customer service center immediately to report the incident. This will help prevent any fraudulent activity on the account and ensure that the affected customer receives a replacement card.

In addition to credit cards, Isracard also operates a MasterCard contactless mobile payment pilot. The mobile payments system allows users to pay for goods and services using near field communication technology, which enables contactless payment with the swipe of a card or patch, or even by simply holding the phone over the point of sale. The service is currently available at a few points of sale in Israel, including Super-Pharm drugstores and Aroma cafes.

Isracard also offers an iPhone app called PAYware Mobile, which lets customers use their mobile phones as credit cards by scanning a QR code to make a payment. The app encrypts the credit card information and is designed to protect customers from fraudsters who could steal their mobile phone’s data and use it for identity theft. The app is free to download and is compatible with all Isracard credit cards.

Identity Theft

Isracard has been in the credit card business since 1975 and is Israel’s largest card company. It has a customer base of nearly 5 million people and operates the international brands MasterCard, Eurocard (which was absorbed into MasterCard), American Express and JCB. It also clears vouchers under the Isracard, Cal and Leumi cards and is a member of MasterCard Worldwide.

Recently, the personal information of thousands of Israeli credit card users was exposed online by hackers. If you were one of the victims, there are private search engines you can use to find out if your card information was compromised. The Bank of Israel has assured customers that they will not be held responsible for fraudulent charges. The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

Payment Issues

Israel is a global leader in financial services and payment systems, but it’s still slow to update its local infrastructure. Most establishments request a simple swipe of the card to charge customers, while the more sophisticated ’chip and pin’ technology is only used in a few places.

Credit card companies charge businesses a fee for clearing transactions, and smaller businesses wind up paying higher fees than larger ones. But Isracard, which issues 17% of the country’s cards and doesn’t let other companies clear its vouchers, charges the highest rates. Yesterday’s Knesset Economic Affairs Committee discussion was led by MK Carmel Shama-Hacohen, who threatened to pass a law forcing Isracard to allow other companies to clear its cards. The legislation, however, would not set the terms that the two companies must agree upon.

Isracard is working to modernize its infrastructure, but the company is facing stiff competition from rivals Leumi Card and Cal, as well as from nontraditional players such as PayPal. To compete, Isracard must offer flexible technologies and quickly adapt to shifting regulatory requirements. That’s why the company is implementing Temenos Transact Core Banking. The solution provides Isracard with agile technology and enables the company to meet changing customer needs, while also complying with strict new regulations.ישראכרט שירות לקוחות בטלפון 24 שעות
